Return Policy for Ice Age Jewelry
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.
- Exclusions: Custom orders, engraved items, and pieces that have been altered or modified, including resizing, are not eligible for return.
2. Restocking Fee
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Exchange Policy: Returns made outside the 7-day window are eligible for exchange only.
3. Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus the 15% restocking fee, unless store credit is chosen.
